Magic Mirror 

I will dedicate this page of the website on my journey of building a Magic Mirror and how i take full use if it. This page would be updated constantly as i would be regularly be improving the Magic Mirror

I had to first place a mount on my wall fro the tv that i will be using as my magic mirror screen. This was my first step towards my magic mirror build.

After installing the TV to the wall, I had to start installing the software and other modules into Raspberry PI. I had chosed Raspberry PI as it small and ony needs 5 Volts of power, thus i was able to power it up with the Tv's USB port.

I had to change all the stock modules to my personalized modules so that i could use the Magic Mirror Preferences. I had uploaded 7 modules in my Magic Mirror.

Bitcoin Api Module

Due to the rise of popularity of Bitcoin and the value of it, I had setup my own Bitcoin wallet. I wanted to monitor it so I installed a Bitcoin value Api and had synced my Bitcoin wallet to the mentioned Api

Autostart Script Api

​

Whenever i had turned on the TV, I was facing a tedious task of opening Magic Mirror application by cd directory and npm start. I had wanted to automate this, thus i had installed pm2 autostarted to make the process more efficient 

Smaller Api Modules

​

In this segment, I wll be uploading the smaller Api modules that do not explanations and reasining

Compliments Api

​

I had changed the compliments to my own favour and what they show up on the screen

Weather Api

​

I had added Singapore's weather so that i can refrer to them

Remote Control Api

​

This Api allows me to control the magic mirror modules that is showing up on the Magic Mirror itself .
